Workout Wednesday - HITTing Some Balls

It is an awesome Wednesday at my house! I am feeling it today and I am ready to go! This is a shorter workout that you can throw in the mix with another workout. I will be throwing this workout in before yoga. A solid warm up, 15 minutes of HIIT, and off to yoga. It's going to be a great day!

This workout is with a weighted ball. I know there are a few different types of weighted balls, use whatever is available to you. I will be using the large cloth ones, but the smaller rubber ones are fine as well.
