Mango, Coconut, Sunflower Seed Raw Bars are a great way to keep all those bellies full and happy all day long!

With school back in session many of you are readjusting your schedules. For some, back to school means later workouts, heading to the gym after the bus rolls through the neighborhood. But for many of you back to school means you are back to getting up early and getting that workout done before pushing sleepy kids out the door.

Those early morning workouts are getting darker and darker these days. For me that means I am heading back to the treadmill for those early morning runs. I know that many of you still hit the road or the trail, you are probably not as klutzy as me. I am one of those people that trip over cracks in the side walk when the sun is out, put me in the dark and it is down right deadly.

So today we have an awesome treadmill circuit for you. For this workout you will need a treadmill and a set of mid size dumbbells.

For those of you that don't know what a manmaker is:

This is a full body workout. You will use upper, lower, and core muscles. Your heart rate will be up and pumping. And you will be happy to get it done!

Happy Fit Friday!

Much Love and Peace~ Nichole and Ruthie
