Why we love Easy Homemade Lasagna Recipe
My mom was pretty innovative back in the 1970's... she was one of the first to come up with the idea of NOT cooking the noodles before making a pan of lasagna. She'd make lasagna with hard noodles, drizzle water around the edges of the pan, and then bake it off! It was genius! Even in the 1990's when I was newly married and making it her quick and easy way--people were always amazed that was so simple to make and tasted better too.How to make Easy Homemade Lasagna Recipe

Fit Friday with Nichole
We are starting January off with a bang in my neck of the woods. Two days of online learning due to massive amounts of teachers and students being sick. PTSD is kicking in and I need to calm down. Started with a bit of mediation and decided I needed a workout this morning instead. Can't seem to stop the brain from racing or keep even kind of focused. So let's hit Fit Friday with a serious sweat sesh and try to at least wear out the brain for a minute.
This week we are doing a jump roping circuit. This is a workout I can do from home since the kids are home and it is a bit harder to sneak to the gym.
Why jump rope? I am not a kid anymore. And this isn't recess, but I sure wish more people treated it as recess.
