Fit Friday with Nichole

Last week we did a strength workout with kettlebells. Remember, strength workouts are going to be a bit heavier with less reps. We want to build are strength and grow that power house. Next week we will come back to strength and continue to add strength workouts to our other workouts but we will also keep a lot of variety coming at you. This week we are back to an explosive workout, I love me some plyometrics. Those explosive lifts that require strong muscle recruitment.

Plyometrics and core is the name of the game this week.

Now that I have convinced you that we have to have plyometrics let get to the workout this week.

Have a fantastic week!
