Why we love Cherry Chocolate Yogurt Popsicles Recipe

Okay. It's Knudsen time! R.W. Knudsen's juice and company has been in my heart ever since I can remember... let's start at the very beginning. In 1996, when I was a little girl, we attended the Texas State Fair. Since our last name is Knudsen, naturally, we were pulled toward the R.W. Knudsen's products. We bought a fridge magnet and ever since then, we have proudly had that "Knudsen" magnet on our fridge.  Every time I see that magnet on our fridge, I'm reminded of that night at the Texas State Fair, my wonderful family, and of course, how much we loooove all Knudsen products. They are simply the best. Today's Cherry Chocolate Yogurt Popsicles Recipe will keep you nice and cool this summer! by cookingwithruthie.com

Why we appreciate R.W. Knudsen

We appreciate that R.W. Knudsen juices (and all other products for that matter) have always been organic. Unlike other companies, they aren't all of the sudden making organic products to meet the "organic fad".  Their juices are 100% juice, undiluted, and are not, what I like to call, "fake" (for lack of a better word.. and let's just call it what it really is, right?! haha)! I personally can't stand "fake" food. It's all too common and not what our bodies wants or need. Are you an organic guru just like we are?! Do you care what you put in your body just like we do?! Is flavor and quality important to you just like it is for us? Then R.W. Knudsen's Just Tart Cherry Organic Juice is exactly what you and your family need. In our opinion--it's the better-for-you-option. :)

Fit Friday with Nichole

Happy July! Trails have been ran, water has been paddled on, fires have been lit, watermelon has been consumed...we are in the middle of full blown summer and so far it has been fantastic. Getting outside has definitely been the theme. To keep on that theme we are heading to the track this week.

Not every one has easy access to a track or maybe you just prefer the treadmill or keeping it in the neighborhood,  it all works. You just do you. I like to mix it up. I have found that I push differently on the track vs the treadmill. Sometimes I like the air conditioning and show on the treadmill and other times I have found the push around the track provides a special little boost I need to mix it up.

Reminders: 400 m  = .25 on treadmill, 800 m = .50 on treadmill and 1600 m = 1 mile

Dynamic stretches I like to do at the track include butt kickers, high knees, walking hip openers, and leg swings.

While the workout today is all running it comes with a challenge, do the core workout from a couple weeks ago when you are done with this week's running workout.
