Fit Friday with Nichole
It is Halloween time. Pumpkins. Ghouls, goblins, and witches. And who can forget all the candy! Not me! I am going to enjoy all the candy, all the fun, all the people. But I also will get in my gym time, runs, etc. not because I feel like I have to because I want to. I want to because it is fun and it makes me feel good.
So let's have some fun this Halloween. This year I am teaching treadmill on Halloween, we will be listening to all the Halloween music (I Want Candy, Abracadabra, etc) and running all the fun miles with all the fun people.
Don"t forget to warm up and cool down!
