Fit Friday; Tabata

 Fit Friday is here and it is time for a new workout. I am enjoying the last couple weeks of school before the Christmas Break. I am striving to get things done and enjoy some gym time with my friends. This week we are going to go back to some Tabata, it has been a minute.

Tabata is a HIIT style type workout with some specfic time constraints.

Tabata refresher; each round of Tabata is 4 minutes. Broken up into 20 second pushes and 10 second recoveries 8 times. The goal is to push the 20 seconds to the max! For today's purpose we are going to be alternating between two moves in each round.

In between rounds take a 1 minutes breather before going into the next 4 minute round. 

It is all about the all-out-effort!
