Happy Fit Friday on this luck St Patricks Day! Have you gone out searching for your gold? Are you a mom that goes out of her way to make the holiday fun with treats and leperchaun traps? But we are getting having fun here with a lucky 7s workouts! Yep, seven is the lucky number. Seven exercises. Seven sets. Seven reps each round.
You will need a barbell or dumbells for the thrusters and sumo deadlift.
