Fit Friday with Nichole

Man-oh-man the rain has been amazing! We have had a very wet June at my house and, let me tell you, my garden and grass are loving it. The greens surrounding us in our little desert area have been gorgeous. But, with all this rain comes the wet, some of my trails runs have been changed up to gym runs and postponed for drier trail days.

Today we are saving our trails by not getting on them wet and heading into the gym for a sweaty sesh of Tabata with lots of plyos for trail running and core for really everything.

One round of Tabata is 4 minues comprised of 8 - 20 seconds rounds of work and 10 seconds of recovery. For today's workout we are alternating between two moves, so you will complete each move four times within the 4 minutes. Take a one minute break between  rounds.

Those 20 seconds need to be all out!
