One of my favorite and least favorite muscle groups to work is my core. Let me explain. I love to work my core because it is my power house, every movement requires a strong core. It is my least favorite because I get bored easily, 30 seconds of plank may as well be 5 hours. Today we are going to hit our core with some of my favorite, non-boring, movements.
Properly building up your core cranks up the power.
A strong core also enhances balance and stability.
Focus on engaging your core throughout these movements. If you can train your core to stay active throughout these movments it will train your core to stay firing throughout other movements, running, taking in the groceries, wrestling a toddler into bed, etc.
