Honey Raspberry Spread is simple, healthy, AND delicious!!

 The snow is back and has me needing something other than sunshine to get me toasty and warm, it must be time for a serious workout to raise the core temp and get rid of these goosebumps for at least a few minutes.
Today I am heating up with some treadmill circuits. You will need either a treadmill or a track and a set of dumbbells, I will be using 15 lbs dumbbells.
The hard part of combining cardio and weights is keeping true to form. For many they either run fast and the weight movements are lacking or they run so-so and have solid strong movements. Neither one of those options cut it for a circuit, you need to go in putting your all in to both aspects of this circuit.
