We adore fresh strawberries. I think most people do, actually! I thought that creating a strawberry soup would be a beautiful addition for a brunch I was serving. It was! Everyone raved over this recipe--the angel food cake croutons were icing on the cake. (so to speak!) :)

How to make Strawberry Soup with Angel Food Cake Croutons Recipe

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Cut angel food cake slices into 1x1 inch cubes.
  • Place on cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 10-11 minutes or until lightly browned and crunchy.
  • Slice reserved strawberries for garnish.
  • Meanwhile, in a blender combine strawberries, ice, and agave.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into four bowls.
  • Garnish with croutons and strawberry slices.

 It is June and we are loving the weather! Trying to make sure I am taking into account kids schedules, family events, and weather I have definitely come to accept that early morning is the best time to get it in and checked off the list. I also try to make my workout time as efficient as possible, knowing full well that if I don't get it done now it isn't going to happen.

With efficiency being the big word of the day we are doing a treadmill circuit, if you can and want to head to the track I highly encourage it! We love fresh air whenever possible.


Man Makers are a favorite full body movement. There are a lot of steps, so take it slow and think through each piece of the movement.

Dumbbells should be heavy yet doable.


Work hard and finish this workout knowing that you did your best.
