It's Fit Friday with Miss Nichole from Pure Clean Coaching. She comes every week to share her awesome fitness knowledge with us!
I love to go trail running and feel ensconced in nature, hopefully with the rising sun.
I strive to teach my kids appreciation for it all as well. This weekend we are heading out on another camping trip that will include fishing and hiking.
Sometimes my kids will embrace our adventures and love hiking, although I rarely call it hiking. Other days not so much.
Over the years I have learned a few things to help the kiddos keep a good attitude. I am going to tell you right now the number one thing needed; drop all expectations! If I can go with a good attitude and no expectations, or at least very minimal expectations, we will generally have a great time.
Why we love Strawberry Lime Refresher Recipe
Strawberry Lime Refresher is healthy, yummy, fresh and made with my absolute FAVORITE water-- smartwater® sparkling water! Whenever we stop at a gas station to get drinks and treats for a road trip, I always scan the water section for smartwater® sparkling water. I just can't get enough of how refreshing this water is. I have never understood how some people say that "all water tastes the same." It surely doesn't to me! I am lucky enough to be surrounded by mountains. One of my favorite evening spots is to sit out on the back deck with a good book in hand and peering out at the mountains purple majesty with the setting sun.I love to go trail running and feel ensconced in nature, hopefully with the rising sun.

Not all of my adventuring in the mountains is with kids, thank goodness. One of the keys to enjoying your own explorations is to be ready for it. Our power house is going to stem from our core and our legs. So the work out for this week is all about core and legs. It includes power moves and stability moves. Both of which you want when you hit the trails.
One more thing before you go... We love creating recipes and sharing our adventures with you, so if you can do us a huge favor it’d really support us!
