Fit Friday with Nichole:For our Loving Fit Friday posts this month we have gotten a few new workouts. This week we are going to focus on Loving ourselves with some healthy reminders that go beyond the gym. I say reminder because I rarely share any new information. I don't have any secrets to share. Instead much the information I share is a reminder with maybe a new reason why it is important.
This week I am hitting on sleep. This is a reminder for myself more than anything. With a little that is still up at the crack of dawn or thirty minutes before and I teen that would happily stay up til the crack of dawn I am often foregoing sleep. It is so easily justified away until my body forces the down time.
I need that recharge in order to be the mom, wife, friend, human I want to be.
