Fit Friday with Nichole

I am trying to get back into a regular routine now that school is in play. The first couple weeks of school I just kind of approached each day with two questions in mind "what needs to get done" and "what do I feel like doing today."

Now that we have the school routine down(ish) and the first round of back to school germs have run their course it is time to approach the week with a plan. Part of that plan is my workout routine, both weights and running.

This week's Fit Friday workout is a running one. I used it in my HIIT treadmill class this morning and loved it, definitely one for me to add to my list. You can do this on the treadmill or out on the road. If you are on the road I definitely recommend programming it into your watch if that is a possibility. I love when I have my workouts on my Garmin. I just listen for the beeps and I am good to go.

Don't forget to warm up and cool down!
