The word on the street is that spring has sprung, I am still waiting for that at my house. The trails and sunshine aren't quite calling my name yet, but I am certainly dreaming of them. In the mean time we are staying indoors and hitting the gym for a solid leg and core strength session.
This week's workout will require a bar, if you don't like to use a bar or if you don't have one feel free to use dumbbells. My husband generally modifies most workouts to use dumbbells because his shoulders don't like to be in a locked position.
This is a lot of legs, so it isn't going to be heavy legs. Pick a weight that you can push through with while also getting strong workout.
