Fit Friday with Nichole
As a parent my fitness is about so much more than fitting into those jeans or looking good at the pool. For me fitness is about keeping up with my kids when we go skiing for Spring Break, being able to run up and down the mountain pulling sleds, chasing my kids around the park, riding bikes to school, etc. My kids are a better motivator for me to get up off the couch and head to the gym.
With that mindset I love HIIT training! Stop and go is what kids are all about. I better be ready to go all out as soon as one of them says GO!
This week are going strong with a HIIT workout to get you training for sunshine and kiddos. Work hard! Work smart!
