Fit Friday with Nichole

Question for you; why do you workout?

Is it because you love yourself? Because you enjoy the way you feel when you workout? I hope so.

Too many of us workout because we are unhappy with who we are. We workout as a form of punishment. Believe me when I say that is not a good reason.

This is the first Fit Friday of February. It is the month of love and I am excited! A whole month to focus on love! Love for self. Love for life! Love for others! There is so much love in the world and so many opportunities to find it, feel it, revel in it.

This month we are going to hit the gym because we enjoy the way it makes us feel. We are going to do it out of love for self.

Don't forget to spend at least ten minutes warming up and ten minutes cooling down!
